Dr. L. Carol Scott, Chief Executive Officer, oversees organization and coordinates with stakeholder partners and state government.
Misty Schulz, Chief Operating Officer, oversees financial department, human resource management, IT and facilities.
Robin Zellers, Chief of Community Engagement, oversees outreach to new partners, advocacy and special projects, including those for military personnel.
Beth Ann Lang, Chief of Quality Improvement, coordinates T.E.A.C.H. MISSOURI Scholarship Project, oversees professional development services and other quality improvement projects.
Pam Hill, Director of Marketing and Communications, oversees marketing and public awareness activities.
Sanaria Sulaiman, Director of Training and Inclusion, oversees training and inclusion services provided through regional Network Member Agencies.
Mary Grasse, Director of Data Quality and Contracts Specialist, compiles and analyzes data collected through the Network's services.
Shelly Lock, Referral Center Manager, oversees parent referrals and profile updates for child care, early education and after-school facilities.
Melissa Schulte, Referral Specialist, provides parent referrals.
Meagan Davis, Referral Specialist, provides parent referrals.
Sarah Galatta, Referral Specialist, provides parent referrals.
Penny Mosher, T.E.A.C.H. MISSOURI Program Manager, recruits scholarship recipients and sponsors, provides career counseling, coordinates enrollment with educational institutions, and works with sponsoring child care employers.
Melissa McAlpine, T.E.A.C.H. MISSOURI Program Specialist, maintains and updates databases, processes claims and assists with the daily functions of the scholarship program.
Joyce Hoffman, Accounting Specialist, manages accounts payable.
