The Christian County Health Department offers immunizations, women’s health services, breastfeeding support, counseling services, various health screenings/testing, and the WIC program.

Parents as Teachers- Ozark

Parents as Teachers provides parent education and family support to families throughout pregnancy until their child enters kindergarten with personal visits, parent group meetings, screenings, and a resource network.

OACAC Neighborhood Center

OACAC Neighborhood Center serves as a point of entry for those in need of services and offers case management, life skills classes, and emergency assistance.

One Door

One Door coordinates intake, assessment, and referrals for housing and shelter services for those are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness.

Community Partnership of the Ozarks- Supportive Housing Services

Community Partnership of the Ozarks offers support services, education, and neighborhood development through onsite staff at four affordable housing developments, equipping families with the tools needed to attain sustainability, connect to the community, and improve healthy family functioning.

Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC)

The Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation provides services in the areas of family planning and women’s health, head start program, housing assistance, weatherization assistance, foster grandparent program, and utility assistance.

First Steps

First Steps is Missouri’s Early Intervention system that provides services to families with children, birth to three years of age, with disabilities or developmental delays. The program is designed to meet the needs of families related to enhancing their child’s development, learning, and participation in family and community life.

Family Support Division

The Family Support Division can help you or your family with food stamps, health care, child care, child support, and other needs.
