First Steps

First Steps offers coordinated services and assistance to young children with special needs and their families. It is designed for birth to age 3, who have delayed development or diagnosed conditions that are associated with developmental disabilities.

Children’s Advocacy Center of East Central Missouri

The Children’s Advocacy Center of East Central Missouri provides fact-finding forensic interviews in a child-friendly setting, medical exams, family advocacy for consumers and prevention programs for the community.
