First Steps

First Steps is Missouri’s Early Intervention system that provides services to families with children, birth to three years of age, with disabilities or developmental delays. The program is designed to meet the needs of families related to enhancing their child’s development, learning, and participation in family and community life.

Ozark Foothills Child Advocacy Center

Great Circle’s Ozark Foothills Child Advocacy Center (CAC) provides compassionate forensic interviewing and examinations in alleged child/sexual abuse situations. The CAC also provides advocacy and support to child victims and non-offending parents/caregivers, and referrals to mental health counseling.

Reynolds County Health Center offers the WIC program, various health testings/screenings, immunizations, maternal child health, and a car seat program.

Parents as Teachers- Ellington

Parents as Teachers provides parent education and family support to families throughout pregnancy until their child enters kindergarten with personal visits, parent group meetings, screenings, and a resource network.
